Wayne  Moore and Brian Howden each were Senior Environmental Officers with the Ontario Ministry of the Environment for over 20 years.

Over the past 10 years we have established a small consulting firm which focuses on  onsite sewage waste waste disposal in Cottage Country.

We conducted new sewage systems inspections  for the Township of Lake of Bays, in Muskoka for a period of  5 years. During this period we also re-inspected all of the, approximately  8,000  existing septic systems in the Township.

We keep informed about new sewage disposal technologies which become approved for use in Ontario.

Cottage Country Environmental Services is a registered sewage system  designer  under  the  Ontario  Building  Code  and  is  licenced  as  a   sewage system  installer  this allows   us  the  flexibility  to  design  your  system   and   obtain  a  permit  prior   to  you  deciding  on  an   installer  to  construct  your   system.
